Over all not very pleased. We stayed just one night. Checkin was easy so was parking. The sheets were cleaned but still had some noticable stains that just dont give you much of a clean feeling. Sheets also had holes in them that appeared to be of cigarette burns yet we had a no smoking room. At night my wife was awoken to have a roach crawing on her arm. We killed the roach and did not notice any more after that. Needless to say she did not get much sleep after that. Maybe we just had bad luck as our other family had another room the same night and did not mention anything of the sort. I personally wouldn't book again as my wife wouldn't feel comfortable sleeping. I slept fine and was well rested the next morning.

Home away from home

Feeling blessed about our Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Northwest/Seaworld after staying at America's Best Value Inn, 15101 IH 35, Buda, Tx which was a living nightmare. The staff here was very professional and made us comfortable. Great hotel to stay at.

Hoped to be close to the Air Force Base

Pros: It was inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. It was in reasonable distance to the Air Force Base, Chick-Fil-A restaurants and mall.
Cons: I think the hotel needs to have improvements/updating made.
Location: We booked this hotel hoping to be near the Air Force Base. We actually realized there was a Days Inn closer to the base.
The hotel clerk was very nice and very helpful. Our reservation was for a 4-night stay. The first night, the heater was very noisy when turned on. It was either be cold or have the noise all night. I called the hotel clerk he asked if we wanted to move to another room that night, I said no that I'd rather move to another room the next morning because we were already ready for bed. Another thing I could not understand, is why the swimming pool underwater light was pulled out and laying up on the edge of the pool. I thought this was so sort of hazard. It was too cool outside to swim anyway.

Great price, great location

Great location, attractions are about 20 minutes away if that, hotel offers complementary hot breakfast which is very convenient, can't beat the price

Bed bugs and mold

I jave stayed in a few Days Inn and have found them to be good for the price. Wishing I haf followed my gut instincts when walking into the room on this one. We were tired come midnight and this one was close to our destination. Should have slept in the parking lot ! Room had black mold on the shower ceiling and the marble walls were permanently wet on the lower half. No vending machines and lobby locked up. The final bit is.I now sit in a doctors office for treatment from multiple BEDBUG bites.
