At first i was a little frustrated at check in but the owner i believe, at front office was very patient with me and very nice and helpful with me. I had to beg for towels everyday. I would have to go to the office and literally get in a debate that no one offers me towels, this is after I returned the used ones with the GM or his wife…. The wife would wake me up and open my door and talk to me without me getting a chance to open the door. The GM on the last day told me to get out immediately and he was calling the police due to the fact that the only employee he had was discussing something with me and he fired her. That’s when I called cooperate and filed formal complaint. I have never been talked to and treated the way I was treated as. Guest anywhere…. I stayed 5 nights and it was like this everyday
