The floor was not very clean neither the shower was hair everywhere , I tried to make coffee in the morning there was a dead bug inside the coffee maker gross not happy at all ,

I wish I could leave a review based on customer service alone because the customer service was superb! However, this is a bug motel. If you like dust and bugs, this is the place. Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Bugs everywhere. Cracks in the wall and bathroom. Spiderwebs in the shower. We will not stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Was very clean, all remodeled, staff was friendly and accommodating. We got in a few hours after we said we would show and they had no issues, even upgraded our room. Pool was clean and hotel had adequate parking. 👍
