I made a reservation through Expedia for a trip to San Antonio. I booked air, car, hotel and travel insurance. I slipped and fell on the ice and had to cancel the whole trip. I contacted Expedia January 2 through chat and cancelled the trip. Expedia gave my Amex number to the hotel. I did not give permission to Expedia to give out my Amex. The hotel charged me for the room and it was an excessive price of $171. I am disputing the charge via Amex.

This is my second stay at embassy suites airport in the last few months - each time I had. To sleep wrapped in bath towels because the beds are infected with fleas - your hotel people are not washing the mattesss covers and maybe not even the bed spreads after each use - people sleep with their dogs abd infest the beds - you have a. Problem that u did not have after abd durjng covid - you have become lax abd what u charge I expect a good nights sleep
