The location of this property is in a very nice neighborhood but….. the property overall was a complete letdown whether you were inside the house or outside in the yard. The backyard had a man made pond that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The water was black and murky and had a serious mosquito infestation. Our family booked this property to swim and to do other outdoor activities, but we were all eaten alive by mosquitoes so our plans changed. The fence around the back yard is also leaning and missing boards in some areas. The inside of the house is very outdated and poorly kept. HVAC interior filter housings were very dirty. Windows are foggy and in need of replacing. Window screens have holes in them. Some of the light fixtures did not work. The light switches in many areas of the house were very dirty. End table in the living room had glass rings still on it where prior guests had put their drinks. The master bedroom bathtub had insects in it. There were also electrical wires on the wall exposed where an old air conditioning thermostat once was. We reached out to the host about what we were seeing and he did offer to have someone from their team drop by and fix, but there was no fixing what we saw. Overall I would say the host was very nice, but there was no offer on his part to discount our stay. This is just another investment property used by the buyer to make money while putting minimal money back into the property. Way overpriced.. would not recommend.
