This property was under renovations which I was mindful of, especially as they had signage at the front desk when checking in. However, there was a layer of dust (presumably from the recarpeting of the halls and no seal under the door to prevent it from blowing in) that layered the entire floor and the top of the dresser. I was there less than 24 hours so I just kind of sucked it up and dealt w/it while I was in town for an event and ... you get what you pay for but I always expect the room to at least be free of dust and dirt when checking in. Also it mentions breakfast is include but it's just a grab and go breakfast which is fine, but also should be clearly indicated.

The room was very outdated and there were huge stains on the carpet. Some lamps did not have lightbulbs so there was limited light. Breakfast was just muffins and coffee.

We had no idea the hotel was under construction all the third floor where we stayed had no carpet no floor. It was all concrete with dust. Walls were all white and freshly painted. rooms were dirty with dust and a huge opening under the door. room was hot. Restrooms had cockroaches all over the sink and the Shower and tub kitchen had cockroaches in the counter. And sink area. There was splashed dead cockroaches in between the blankets. The beds were not sturdy enough and part of the bed fell off to the floor. I told the person at the front desk that we had to leave early way ahead of check in time due to waking up with a cockroach on my arm, response was we will let management know. I even showed them videos of the cockroaches and of how the floor was dirty with dust and the pictures of the cockroaches that were dead and splashed in between the blankets.

Cheap price, nice location, clean enough

You get what you pay for. I paid $70 a night and expected much worse. I'd had bad experiences at extended-stay hotels before, so I expected the worst. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a mess. The room was clean except for the floor, which was sticky. The bathroom was clean. For the price, it was fine. Parking seemed very secure, and the location is pretty good. It's surrounded by other hotels and on a dead-end street. It has a slightly strong incense smell. I would stay there again if I were on a budget and just needed a bed to rest. I'm happy with substandard amenities and furnishings, as long as the place is clean enough.

The room they gave me had mold and wouldn’t change the room the girl that was in the service desk was rude. The towels from the resteoom seemed used they had dirt stains. I ended up leaving because of all the issues i was having I tried contacting the manager but had bo luch the person in the phone just kept repeating the word "oh" over and over again and then said the manager will reach out to me and nothing. I called back again but it seemed like my number was blocked because the call would not even go tru anymore.

Have been staying here couple of times. This last time was horrible. Both room was all dusty. Hotel was getting remodeled but atleast clean the rooms before making a customer go inside them. Floor was not swept, full of hairs . Room smelled like if someone was smoking inside them which i got non smoking rooms. I had to go get my own airfresheners. I went to front desk and asked for a broom. Never once asked me what it was for.

A diamond in Amarillo

Check in was amazing!! Fast, convenient and professional. The room was clean and well appointed with two small rooms instead of one. The shower was clean and the towels were better than average quality. The bed feels comfortable and the room seems quiet for being so close to the highway.

Did what it needed too

Charge a 100 dollar deposit upon check in, refundable if no damages. Pool is very small compared to most hotels. Gym has 2 machines an elliptical and a treadmill. No coffee or tea in common areas. Did not even attempt to try the free grab and go breakfast to avoid disappointment. The room served its purpose but can use some remodeling and upgrades.

The smell was terrible thru the whole hotel carpet smelled had to wear socks or slippers thru out so we didn’t have have dirty feet . Air condition first day didn’t cool . Fridge didn’t cool , smelled we had to buy Arm and hammer for fridge. Microwave smelled like something was spoiled. Had to buy plugin so the room would smell decent . Overall glad we were out . Not worth the price at all !

Pay attention next time

It was great except when we checked out the worker gave us our accidental deposit back in cash and then called us an 1 hour later asking if we checked out and told us we needed to come back to the hotel because she gave us someone else’s deposit back and that ours would go on her card I told her we were already an hour away heading home and she still insisted we come back I told her again we were an hour out from there she said we will just not put it on ur card then I said ok great and we hung up she then called back 30 mins later telling me that she was taking the deposit of the card so it would not be added back to us since we got it in cash I said again that’s fine thank you and she said I’m getting yelled out by my manager for this.. sorry girl not my mess up other then that it was an ok stay for the night
