The house appeared clean. The floors were sticky. The rug is curled up. There are stains on the walls and carpet. The hot tub was disgusting and smelled bad. Maybe half the jets worked. We never got in because I was grossed out. The fence was missing several pickets. The house is on the corner of the neighborhood and street noise is loud. The back sliding door doesn’t properly lock. The front door handle is loose. The yard needs a lot of work, front and back. There were empty alcohol boxes in the chest in the backyard and pool noodles just loose in the yard. From a realtor’s perspective, I see the potential in the property. The pool table was a lot of fun. There was ample space. Location was great for Sea World. The price was decent. The beds were fairly comfy. The property needs a lot of work.

This was an absolutely perfect place for our family. Convenient location for all our needs. The house itself is clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood location. We were blessed to have our grandson graduate from Military Basic Training on Thanksgiving and this house helped us make it feel like home. We were also blessed to be joined by four other graduates for Thanksgiving Dinner. Three were brand new naturalized citizens. The large living room was nice and seated everyone perfectly. The dinning area was wonderful two tables so games could be at one and snacking at the other. The pool table and hot tub were a bonus for these young hardworking and deserving young men. Family being in one house was the greatest blessing. Thank you Grant for allowing us to use your house.

Camera placement above the hot tub needs to be revisited. I am sure the location is for security, but we did not feel comfortable using it due to the placement. I more in depth cleaning specifically the bathroom and Kitchen between guest.Add blinds/curtains in kitchen. No privacy when in kitchen. Without blinds or curtains, you easily can make eye contact with drivers of large trucks in gas station parking lot behind house.it also allowed the parking lot lights to be irritating when enjoying time in living room.Neighborhood was louder than expected. Overall, spacious nice home with comfortable seating, great pool table and with a few tweaks will be a great place to stay.

The master bedroom was really dusty, the fan, the inside of the shower and the restroom was missing a fixture in the restroom and it was full of dust. No other issues.

Plenty of room to relax with our airman. Overall, nice place to stay. Cleaning service needs to pay more attention to details. The walls going up the stairs still dirty. A few minor updates need to be made: stair railing coming out of wall, loose door handle on upstairs closet, bad caulking around kitchen sink window, and the back door should have shades or curtains.

We were so impressed with this home. Plenty of room for our family to visit with our airman. Furniture & Beds very comfortable. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Hosts communication was great too. Very easy to get into home after a long day of flying. Definitely worth the money for a home away from home.
