Our room was so dirty. We had actual poop on our sheets and when I went to tell the front desk they said all they can go do is give me new sheets and not to put the poop ones in the hall until the morning. When I went back to change the sheets MYSELF, I noticed our mini fridge wasn’t working. I have a 1yr old that still drinks milk from his sippy once a day. I went back to ask for a new fridge or room and the woman told me they’re all sold out and they don’t carry extra fridges. The next morning my husband arrived since we did a day earlier and he went to complain himself and a young man offered to store our milk in their fridge or he can send a new one to the room. So apparently they do have new ones “upstairs”. When they went to replace it the lady that inspected the fridge said that’s the highest setting and their quality of fridges have never been great. So once again we go to the front desk and there’s another woman this time and we ask her to store the milk and she said we should’ve never been offered that because they can get in trouble for sharing a fridge with the guests. Don’t book here.

The property was ok on the outside. Our a/c would run hot then cold. Shower door wouldn’t stay shut unless jammed with a cloth. The every other day room service is a HORRIBLE idea!!! We weren’t aware and on second day we had a lot of trash and needed new linens and that is when we were told no service. Was told it was in the fine print of our booking. We finally got new linens, but they were supposed to take out trash and they didn’t. We finally bagged it all up and set it out in hallway were it sat for a couple hours. Used to love staying at Hampton. Won’t be staying there anymore!!

We booked the room online and paid all charges including taxes. Upon arrival was told that an additional parking fee of $3.99 plus taxes was needed to be collected. We have stayed there before and was never charged that before. Was told that was a new fee and when asked why the clerk had a funny smile and could not explained the charge. The parking was self served and there was no visible security guard to warrant this charge. In fact signs were posted park at your risk. Not responsible for theft from vehicles. What is the charge for, another way to make money.

We had already paid for our room in advance, but when we arrived at 10:30 PM, we were told the hotel was sold out. The only room available was dirty, and our only option was to sleep in a king bed with our two kids while my husband slept on the couch. With two exhausted children that late at night, we had no choice but to accept it. This is absolutely unacceptable. Check-out is at 11 AM—how is it possible that in nearly 12 hours, they couldn’t have a clean room ready for us? It’s clear no effort was made to honor our reservation. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly, and although they advertise free parking, we were still charged. We will never be coming back.

We were given a handicap room. It made taking a shower very cramped and the room wasn't as nice as other rooms on the website which we looked at before booking. We were a bit disappointed with our stay.
