The guest above were running often, the guest adjacent were loud past quiet time. I slept poorly. I called twice. I was offered a room on the fourth floor, but was too exhausted to relocate.

The room was very dirty. Broken chair. Door that will not close, refrigerator making sounds and very old. We opened the sofa bed and it was full of potato chips, and couldn’t use it. The carpet was very dirty. The bed was not made up properly. This was not at all as good as other HomeWood Suites we’ve been before. We didn’t like it at all.

I called from the airport when I landed for a shuttle to pick me up. The driver helped me with my bags and made me feel very welcome. I was able to check in quickly. The room was spacious, with lots of amenities. Huge fridge, microwave, dishes & silverware. It was as good as any Air B&B and a great price.
