Staff friendly our room was beautiful , we used valet parking multiple times it was excellent . Scan the code and give them 10 minutes to grab your car. No waiting at all for us. Thanks for a great time.

Loved the staff at this hotel and all of the amenities were perfect. Only issue I'd complain about is the construction and the roads around the hotel being closed, but that’s out of their control so no big deal. Will definitely book here again and recommend to friends.

We stayed in a Hemisphere Suite, Super clean, pretty comfy bed, good pillows. Great sitting area for my earlybird husband to go in the morning and have coffee while I sleep in a bit. Easy to get coffee in the morning downstairs in the lobby. Great staff, kind and helpful. Valet is nice. Restaurant has good food and a great happy hour from 5 to 6. So many fun and cool places to lounge. We will be back. We have been looking for a place in San Antonio that has nice suites for a good price and I think we have found our hotel.

Property was beautiful. The environment was very beautiful. Many sitting areas to relax and enjoy the evening. Unfortunately San Antonio downtown under construction and the hotel entrance was too but other than that it was gorgeous. Rooms are very nice.
