The hotel is in a nice location. The front desk was friendly. The room was nice and clean. However, The elevator kept malfunctioning during our stay. So it was challenging at time being that we were on the 2nd floor. Toting luggage and kids down the stairs was not good.

I won't return here.

I went through the "pre-check in" process on-line before my arrival, which was meant to make the check-in go faster when I arrived, but the desk asked for the same information anyway, including taking a scan of my driver's license; which I had already submitted a photo of. Why was I asked for the pre-check in information if they aren't going to look at it? The hotel required me to charge a $100 deposit when I checked in. This was credited back to me two days later, but this should not have been necessary. Breakfast included inedible sausage patties and powdered scrambled eggs. I had the waffles, coffee and a banana. Other than the way I felt treated, the building and room was clean and functional.

Was very close to where I had to go. Almost walking distance. Wasn’t aware of the $100 refundable deposit that I had to give when checking in. Had only budgeted what the room was going to cost. And takes a while to be returned to account.

Overall was a good stay just very noisy and I would say it was false advertising as per I put we were 5 ppl and their was suppose to be a sofa bed and there was just two double beds.

Are stay was very horrible. We got to the room at the hotel. It didn’t look anything like the pictures or microwave burnt or coffee maker did not have no place to put the coffee to brew the coffee. The breakfast was always empty. They never refilled it. It was a lot of people wanting breakfast, but I guess whatever food ran out there was no more being put up as far as sausage and eggs. The juice maker was not working. It kept brewing watery juice. I had to take my kids for breakfast every morning when I run to a room that I thought was gonna have breakfast even if it was just a small continental secondly, our room had roaches and our bathroom was dirty. The shower was scummy. We had to buy stuff to clean it. The people above us were loud every night stomping on top of that we had two kids and a newborn ourselves. We hardly got any sleep. I would never stay at this hotel again I didn’t complain because what for they were not gonna give us our money back. We only had a four day stay, but it was horrible. I couldn’t afford to book somewhere else for our vacation so we ended up having to stay miserably and the proof is in the pudding because I took pictures and I also took pictures of it when I left compared to how it was when I got there the food we bought when we came back there was roaches crawling on it stuff. They need to do better.
