When we got to our room and was preparing for bed, we discovered that the linens on the bed were dirty. There were large stains near the head of the bed. We asked for new linens and were told that there was no one to bring them to us, that we would have to come get them at the front desk. We got the clean linens and had to make the bed ourselves. After this incident the stay was fine.
