Full Schedule:
March 7 – March 15 (Open All of Spring Break)
May 2 – May 17 (Open Weekends Only Saturdays & Sundays)
August 15 – September 27 (Open Weekends Only Saturdays & Sundays)
May 23 - August 9 (Open Season, 6 days a week swim)

Pool Hours:
Wednesday through Monday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Closed for cleaning on Tuesdays

The pool will be open on Memorial Day and Labor Day and closed the Tuesday after the holiday.
Pool devices will not allow access if the pool is scheduled closed.

This beautiful and clean two story open layout home away from home is from our Air Force family to yours. We have been to BMT training and our Airman loved having the comforts of home during his time off base. We are around a 4 mile drive to Lackland Air Force Base and 6 miles to Sea World. There is heavy traffic at the gates on Graduation Day and being so close allows you more time with your Airman. The community is a safe, family friendly quiet neighborhood close enough to base to hear TAPS being played in the evening and its also close to shopping centers, restaurants, and plenty of options for entertainment in the area. We have a two car garage with a double spaced driveway and street parking available . The home was made to feel as comfortable as possible with a large open layout for family gatherings and entertaining. You can enjoy the large granite Island in kitchen overlooking the cozy living room with plenty of seating and large 55" HD LED TV, Direct TV with plenty of channels, WIFI, and a DVD player with plenty of DVD's provided. There is a BONUS ROOM LOFT upstairs with a twin bunk bed, a game table which includes; foosball, ping pong, and air hockey, along with a comfy full sized futon that can fit 2 children or 1 adult. We use this home strictly for rentals now and tailor it towards BMT Graduates family and comfortability, and many other guests as well. We are aware families will be staying here and kids may also accompany them so we have made some child proof additions to our home along with some toys and games. All outlets are covered and we provide a pack n play with a set of sheets for your child. There is a separate dining room area that has seating for 8. We have a fully stocked kitchen and pride ourselves on helping families save money by cooking home and providing all of the essentials needed. We know the Airmen appreciate their time off base in a comfortable home like setting and home cooked meals so we make sure to stock the kitchen with everything you may need to provide this for them. We do provide some toiletries, dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo, body soap, paper products, towels, and linens. We provide HD TV on all TVs. Main living room has a 55'' HD LED TV and Master bedroom and BOTH Queen Bedrooms have 32' HD LED TV's. House is all automatic entry and you are given a key code to get in house and to disarm security alarm. In the backyard we have 2 outdoor folding chairs and a charcoal grill with grill tools included.

BMT GRADUATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Please keep in mind that your Airman is not permitted outside the San Antonio 1604 LOOP. We are well within this loop and right outside the base. If for some reason your Airman is recycled, we will reschedule your reservation to the new dates if available or fully refund your deposit.
