For a Marriott property I really expected more but after staying here it really took the taste out of my mouth. First of all the lady at the front desk didn’t briefly explain that I had to set my leaving date for the parking so it won’t charge my card every time. I was only told that if I had paid for the parking one time that I didn’t need to again(I don’t know why the hotel doesn’t provides parking for the guest) and that’s what I did. I pay for the parking once and come to find out I was being charged everything I come in and out. When I went to explain it to lady at the front desk she totally disregarded my feelings and went back to what she was doing. Then I was told if I had sign up and become a Marriott member I would receive free WiFi, but upon checking out I was billed $9.95 twice for WiFi. And it barely worked unless you are on the 1st- 4th floor. I was on the 9th so it didn’t even work I was on my data the entire time there. let’s not talk about the TV that was in my room. It was like the remote wasn’t for the tv because it barely move or allowed me to select Anything unless I’m directly facing the TV. On the in room dining menu it says 6:00am - 11:00pm or 11:00am - 11:00pm. It was 1:30pm when me and my wife didn’t wanted to move and just ordered room service. I called room service about 4 times and even left a voice message saying to call back and no one ever did.

We had a horrible experience at the hotel. The server that assisted us the morning we were there. He contradicted, gave my husband attitude and put his finger inside the coffee to determine the temperature of the coffee, my husband wanted his coffe warm and the one provided was cold.

Not the Westin experience expected

For such a nice hotel it's really puzzling that they cannot put a bar fridge in the rooms. It makes any stay over 2 nights not an option, especially for sport trips. It's on me for not seeing that before I booked but I won't book it again. The hotel is also a little dated and needs updating. Very evident in common areas like the elevators showing lots of wear. The the typical Westin expectation.
