It sits right on the Riverwalk & is in the heart of Downtown. You will be within walking distance of experiencing the culture, cuisine, shopping & entertainment. So much to do, so feel free to extend your stay & take it all in!

This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment also has a K-cup coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer & sugars for your convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at our downtown apartment in San Antonio. Very quaint and lovely little place over the Riverwalk. Close to everything we wanted. The apartment itself is well appointed and super comfy and cozy! If we come back to San Antonio we will look into staying here again! Owner was always available and easy to communicate with! Great place all the way around!!

Place was absolutely adorable! Close to everything in town and had a good view of the river walk. There was a parking garage close by that the valets honked the horns constantly so I would recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Well stocked and felt very safe getting and out.

Perfect location and such a cute, quaint apartment. The apartment over looks the Love Lock Bridge. Very clean and comfortable. We walked everywhere because it is so convenient to the Riverwalk, Alamo, and restaurants. We will be back!!!

Fabulous!!! Loved the apartment. Very well maintained building. High ceilings, lots of charm. The space was very clean and just as pictured. Great location for exploring the riverwalk! Communication with the host was top notch, lots of direction and area information. Highly Recommend!

My husband and I were traveling for pleasure. The apartment was clean and well stocked for us. Beautiful old building. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Location was great, small coffee shop steps away (what more could you ask for). Outside conversations were heard late into night. But that’s the city. Would stay again.

Our experience here was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—convenient, peaceful, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. Very cute charming apt. Close to anything you could possibly need. View was great, but the best thing about this place I think was the bed. It was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.
