This home was made for large groups to enjoy their space, whether everyone enjoys the indoor amenities or outside. The bedrooms are designed to accommodate everyone! The first bedroom has a large king bed. The next two rooms have a queen bed in each. The fourth bedroom has two full beds. Finally, the large garage space has been converted into a fun game-inspired fifth bedroom equipped with two bunk beds.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower with separate large tub. The second bathroom is accessible off the hallway and adjacent to the majority of the bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to cook for everyone in the home. With the cooking essentials and open access to the rest of the living area, you will be able to easily entertain here for days!
Moving over to the adjacent living room, with a large couch and a large smart TV, here is where your whole group can unwind and enjoy sports games, movie nights, or any other entertainment! The nearby dining room table also has seating for 8 and a pool table for everyone to enjoy!

The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with additional seating, an air hockey table, arcade games, and bunk beds!

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
The main attraction - the backyard! Unlike any other you will find in San Antonio, this massive yard has been converted to use for your entertainment! A sport court, fire pit (wood not provided), heated pool, hot tub, putting green, propane grill, multiple seating areas, and more! Truly one of a kind - you must see it in person to believe how amazing it is!

This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm-8am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing. This home & all its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or in a private, fully fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass on any of our neighbors’ properties.

The home is equipped with Ring cameras (outside only) for your peace of mind and security during your stay.

Other things to note
Your booking/request constitutes your understanding and agreement of all house rules & policies listed. The home will be made up for your arrival with linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for the cabin's occupancy and listed bedding. Your kitchen will be equipped with general appliances, cookware, and utensils but will not be equipped with specialty appliances or condiments such as rice cookers, crock pots, tin foils, oils, etc.

No over occupancy or street parking allowed (approximately 4-5 vehicles fit in the driveway).
No noise violations.
No indoor smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, parties, or events of any kind.
$250 per day fine imposed for pets.

Guests are strictly limited to 14 in total (including children and infants). This is the County's rule that I am forced to follow. If more than 14 guests are found to be staying at the property, there will be up to a $200 charge per night per guest added.

Pool heating fee is: $100 per stay, to be paid through the Resolution Center.

Bring your flip flops, big fluffy beach towel, and a day cup for cocktails! Your kids will be busy while you relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub. You might even beat your kids at pickleball! Away from the party scene, close to Walmart and good pizza!

Great place for family fun!

This was a perfect home to entertain the grand kiddos before school starts. Home was as described plus more! All we had to bring was some grocery’s and everything else was supplied for our large family. Clean, well decorated, nice linens and more including a pack n play and high chair for our youngest. Andrew was a great host and responded quickly when we had questions. Overall a great home to enjoy with family!

Perfect home!

This home was perfect for our family of 14! From ages three months to 71! The home is extremely clean and has a lot of detail when it comes to comfort. Not only were the rooms extremely cozy, but they were also comfortable. Lots of games and things to keep the kiddos entertained not to mention the baby items that were a bonus! We were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool and lots of basketball time with our boys! Would definitely recommend this home. It is a mini resort inside a home well worth the money.
