Not what I expected.

My husband and I planned a short weekend getaway to relax and enjoy time together. The reviews for this home seemed pretty good so we decided to go with it. However, as soon as we entered the house we were hit with a bad mildewy smell, sort of very old house smell. The carpet looked dirty and the upstairs bathrooms were not very good. One of them had paint chipping from the tub and the worst part was when I saw a tiny roach coming out of the sink located outside of the bathroom which was over carpet?? I had to kill 2 spiders in the kitchen!! To make a long story short it was a bad experience, not sure if the other reviews were fake but it was not a pleasant stay. Oh I almost forgot the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, when I told the host he said that the previous person before me didn’t report that. Almost made me feel like I had done something to it.

Good stay, needs a few updates

The place was nice enough, but need some updates. Things were clean, but I rated it lower because the upstairs really needs new carpet and a new tub. I also did not realize it was a townhome. This wasn't a problem, but I did not know that from the listing. The stay went well but I feel the quality could have been a bit better.

Perfect location!

The property has everything you need and more! Parking right in the front and clean, quiet swimming pool you can walk across the street too. Neighborhood was very quiet! Communication from the beginning was excellent. This property is situated within 20-30 minutes of everything important. We went to the Natural Caverns one day then tubing the next and ended it with a day trip to San Antonio River Walk and everything was so close. Need food from the store, 5 mins away. Highly recommend! (Bring your own blow dryer lol).

Minor kitchen issues

Lights in the kitchen when out and the other light didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work when plugged in. Also the ice machine in the freezer didn’t work. Besides that everything was great!
