My overall stay at this property was good, however I was very disappointed with check in. The front desk person was not friendly, did not greet meet, barley said anything to me. And when they did speak it was in a very aggravated tone, I was highly disturbed with this poor level of customer service. I have stayed at this property several times and this is the first time I have been disappointed.

There were vehicles that were broken into overnight. The breakfast is very limited no waffles, eggs, bagels, and water down juice. The breakfast bar was a mess. We was informed at the check-in that some rooms do not have microwaves or fridge. I did not have a microwave in a fridge that barely worked.. The rooms very small. They charge they charge four dollars a night for parking.

For the most part, this place met my expectations. However, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower were almost out (it took some time to o get enough out), and they left my hair feeling dirty.

Stay clear of this hotel. We found old food left in the refrigerator, the so called breakfast was sub par, the room was old and dated, they charge for parking, however 2 cars had their windows busted out, the rooms on the first floor ran out of hot water and lastly the first desk staff called my room twice on the first night asking about noise. I clearly informed him that I was asleep and didn't know anything about noise. His response " I will keep calling all the rooms.

The hotel is clean, rooms are clean and comfortable. The only issue I had, I’ve been traveling a while, had to do laundry. The washer was fine. I had to run the dryer three cycles for it to dry other than that everything’s fine.
