Pool didn’t work

The pool was green and we were not really able to use it while we were there. It was fixed in our next to the last day of our week long stay. There were two propane tanks for the grill, both of which were empty and we got them filled. However, we were reimbursed for the propane and offered some money back for not being able to utilize the pool.

San Antonio visit!

We love this place!!! The location is very nice and a quiet neighborhood. It was comfortable and cozy. We love having our early morning coffee on the deck. We enjoyed the pool and the house was pet- friendly.💕 The only regret I have was not taking advantage of the tub in the main bathroom. And the only complaint I have was not having enough chairs in the extra bedrooms. It was a lovely stay and we would come back!!!

Great location - near San Antonio Temple

Loved the neighborhood - easy access to Kneaders and other small restaurants, just a few minutes away. The home was clean and well-stocked for family visiting for graduation and San Antonio temple. Easy communication with owner - they reached out to us to make sure all was well.

Nice property and clean. Initial communications prior were poor. If you check back you will see I made a few attempts to reach Kendall and never got a response. Front door locks with difficulty . Arrived to find house open. Under deck where “hot tub” was ; was quite disheveled. Hot tub never worked correctly. Highest temp 80- was unable to use.

Lovely house in a quite and peaceful neighbourhood

We stayed in the house for 7 nights as a family of three with one teenage boy. The house was great and exactly as described on the listing as shown on the pictures. We were especially please with how quiet and safe the neighbourhood was. The pool as certainly a great facility and we loved to make use of it in the evening after very hot days out! Kendall was a very responsive host. There were a couple of minor points/issues. The master bedroom is lovely (best room in the house!) but would benefit from some more clothes hanging space, as there is no wardrobe, just drawers. This also applies to the second double bedroom, where furniture is a bit sparse (only bedside cabinets). Some of the kitchen drawers could do with a bit of repair work and tidying/cleaning. Lastly, we were surprised to find a man enter the garden via the side gate one day whilst sitting in the kitchen. He was wearing a bandana over his mouth/nose, glasses and cap so on initial look was a little intimidating. However we quickly established that he was tending to the garden. It would be useful to be made aware of planned maintenance visits in advance, mainly for security purposes. These points have been fed back to Kendall who I'm sure will action accordingly. Overall we had a great stay and great holiday and would certainly stay here again if I ever returned to San Antonio.

Be wary

The house was unbearably hot. Took till almost midnight to cool off. Cleanliness left lot to be desired items still in laundry, air vent hanging down in hall way vents covered in dust. The utilities were extremely dated. Some plugs worked others did not. The pool area was a mess. I will say the communication with host was excellent

Good family location in San Antonio

Perfect location outside San Antonio for a family vacation. Close enough to all the sites but far enough away to enjoy restful evenings. The host was very responsive and helpful and went above and beyond when we left an item on the property.
