the front desk was most helplful and I appreicated
Had requested an accessible room. Was giving a room that had a tub that it was necessary tot climb over...the reservation quoted "walk in shower". there was not room on sink for a case of any size. there was no area to even place or hang a towel. Requested a move. Unpacked in next room. the realized that the shower door was stuck. Had to move to another room! The third time was a charm...after almost an hour of pickling ands repacking! Not a fun way to spend a vacation!

A bit disappointing....
We had a holiday party in Boerne and decided to stay the night so that we could go to the Christmas Market the next morning. We'd heard the Bevy was nice so we booked it. Overall it was ok but we left disappointed. We probably won't stay there again as the cons outweighed the pros. PROS: It was quaint with a nice little bar, restaurant and live music on the ground floor. They seemed to have a lot of amenities in the lobby to include clothing for sale, snacks for sale and an ATM cash machine. Room was very clean with a mini-fridge and a nice little coffee bar. A little surprise were the cookies at check in. CONS: Staff put us in an ADA accessible room. Not a huge deal but everything is very low to the ground. I asked the front desk why we were given the room and her answer was that they reserve the right to put us in another room type when we book through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I thought this was a little rude. The pool sat right outside of the lobby and restaurant windows which made me not want to go, although I realize that's my own insecurity. The bathroom door (barn door) would not stay closed (it kept popping wide open). The biggest issue for us was that the walls were paper thin + the bed & pillows were uncomfortable which left us with a sleepless night.
