It was an absolute disappointment! The hotel is comparable to a Comfort inn kind of property. Carpets are worn out, balcony was enough for one person, staff was super rude! I will not stay here again!

Booked an additional night and called front desk to let them know. They failed to tell me the procedure of staying an additional night, so i got locked out of my room and my take out food got cold since i had to go back to check in, wait in line and explain my situation. They made me feel as if I should of known their procedures when no one told me on the phone.
