Awesome!
The hotel staff and the hotel itself were awesome. We were celebrating a birthday. The location was awesome as well as the room cleanliness. We did hear a lot of people make comments about the hours of the coffee shop in the lobby. The shop was not open during some the hours listed. Overall it was a wonderful hotel.

The location is great at the Westin River walk. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness when we first arrived. However the front desk the next day heard our concerns and addressed the issues. They moved us to a better room.
