We thoroughly enjoyed our 30th Anniversary staycation at the Thompson! The staff was amazing and all of the outings that we were driven to in the House Car by Connie were fantastic. The champagne and cheesecake that was unexpectedly delivered to our room for our anniversary was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

Valet takes the car but then no one assist with bags. Opening the door for visitors is also not done at this hotel. They consider themselves 5 star but giving less than average customer service

The staff were wonderful and welcoming, always willing to answer a question or help us with our needs. We enjoyed the property, but it was a long walk to get to anything of interest on the Riverwalk.
