Adorable Restored/Renovated Craftsman in an oh so convenient location. Modern kitchen and bath ( the bathroom mirror was a stroke of genius). Walking distance to numerous dining options, a quick Uber to Sea World, the Embarcadero and the San Diego Zoo. Fully fenced yard for the furry family member. Perfect covered front porch for ice tea and a good book. We loved it.

The place was lovely! Very clean and with a fully equipped kitchen. There was even some toys/games for kids to play with. There’s another tenant upstairs, but we were largely unaffected.

We had all we could need and more. The bungalow home is super cute and modernized. Being an arachnophobe, i didn't love the 2 spiders who wanted to visit us. However, there were zero webs or cobwebs just some "squatters". Beds were comfortable and so was the couch. The welcome wine was kind and the owner makes all the instructions crystal clear. We have 2 teens and they felt comfortable as well.I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, comfortable, and very neat clean house! Everything was set up very conveniently-kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. We had a small challenge with the door lock one time but the owners immediately answered our call and walked us through the issue which was immediately fixed. Great stay!

The property was lovely and in a great area with lots of walkable places to go.The owners give lots of recommendations that are helpful. One thing that is mentioned in the confirmation (deep down) and not in the listing is that there is a tenant that lives upstairs with a separate entrance. The only other issue we had was that for some reason the water was shut off on Sat evening for about 3.5 hours which was a huge inconvenience and the owner did not answer our messages and was not as available as proclaimed.
