The room they gave us had cockroaches in them and the blankets had what it look like cigarettes burns. The hair drier was broken. I would not recommend staying here. We had to check out early and they even charged me a $100 deposit for everything that was wrong with the hotel

Staff is very nice. They have tried to upgrade since last time we stayed but if you stay on the street side it's very very loud traffic. Needs New double pane windows and soundproofing. If you stay on the parking lot side it's much much quieter. It's close to little Italy so lots of restaurants options. San Diego needs to address homeless situation and feces on the sidewalks in much of their city

Staff was very nice at check in, but there is no lobby or anything to wait if your room isn’t ready when checking in ( just something to be mindful of). The main light in the room was flickering and the shower was hard to turn on and super hot even when set to cold with barely any water pressure. But otherwise it was clean and decent for a brief stay with lots of great restaurants close by.

Gigi was so nice. She gave us a room that had a separate bedroom because we had our child with us. The location was perfect for walking to Little Italy. There is also a parking lot.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly! Location is awesome. The hotel itself was kind of gross, smelled weird, there was construction happening downstairs, there was a cockroach in our room, stains on the headboard and other furniture (beds were clean though)

Creepy property. Smelly. Tiny, one person, elevator. Pillows were terrible. One small blanket and a sheet. Nasty bathrooms and showers. I paid $255 bc I booked way early. I checked the week of my trip and it went down to $100 😩
