They were 10min late with our check in. Our neighbors had 2 noisy dogs. I will say when I called to bring that up they had security come. Employees were nice. But the hotel is dingy.

Stayed here 9 years ago, and this was kind of a let down. It has become one of those places that people live at with loud barking dogs, in need of a refresh in the room. I went on the budget and got what I paid for. Please fix the fire alarm from chirping in the morning, not worth any price for that.

Disgusting! 3 cockroaches in the bathroom when I first got there. I knew the place wasn’t the best to begin with so I shrugged it off. Then didn’t see another so I rebooked for the next night. That’s when everything changed for me. I took a nap and woke up to a baby roach crawling on me. That was enough. Then I ended up finding 6 more baby roaches in the bathroom area. When I told front desk about it she didn’t offer me anything except “a discounted rate” on my next stay…which she tells me was $138…I go online and find a better room for only $98. Terrible service, disgusting rooms, will never stay here again

The place is not like the pictures advertised. You are not getting the quality that the pictures portray. We ended up checking out early, didn’t get any sleep. Everyone around us was living in the hotel and it was loud. 2 guys knocked on our door around 10pm looking for someone. No one slept and I’m sure there was a drug deal outside our room around 2am. The employees at the desk were nice and I’m guessing they know things are out of hand.
