We had a great time and great location. Easy short walk to the beach or to the bay. Nearby restaurants were great and coffee shop 2 mins away. I wish we could've used the gas fire pit on the very top floor and its being repaired, parts didn't come in time. Great Place.

Thanksgiving stay

Great spot, easy walking to everything. House is a little light on supplies like paper tower, detergent, or coffee pods and no cable tv. Rooftop with fire pit was very enjoyable for wine and sunsets.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay at this Mission Beach house. Walking to the beach was quick and easy. The rooftop spa was so fun, and you get a slight view of the ocean. The neighborhood felt very safe. While we weren’t sure about the garage situation before arrival, it ended up being no problem at all for our mid-sized SUV. It is very clean and long, so we could have easily fit two vehicles.

Fantastic location and even better home

Adam did a great job ensuring we had all the information well in advance so we didn’t need to struggle on day of check in to find the home. The home is in a great location just a block from the beach. The area around the home is lively 7 days a week with enough to do each day of the week. Adam was also very response for any questions which made the stay that much better. We will definitely be booking this home again, if available, the next time we are in San Diego.

Great house in great location

Everything was easy with this property. Adam sent clear and timely communications. The house was an easy walk to the beach or Mission Bay and a quick drive to all the spots we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

Amazing Rooftop Beachouse

Stayed the weekend here at Adams property and everything was amazing. The house was clean, his communication was great, and process of check-in/check-out was breezy. The rooftop was amazing to hangout and even took a dip in the Jacuzzi the 1st night. It was nearby to gaslamp and petco where we visited during our stay. We definitely will be coming back, but do recommend bringing a small car so you do not need to worry about parking outside.

Perfect little home right by the water

Home was beautiful and just like the pictures. Beautiful views and literally 3 min walk to the beach. Adam was always responsive as well as informative. My stay included 3 couples on a little getaway for 3 days. I must say everything was perfect. I highly recommend this home to even the small family’s. My fiancé and I will definitely be returning but probably for just us next time.

Great property.

Property was as nice as the pictures showed and Adam was sincere and a pleasure to deal with. My only issue was trying to get in and out of the garage bc the person next door threw a fit every time I backed into her driveway which was the only way I could get my car in. Maybe bring a small car! Other than that a wonderful trip!
