Ocean Front Paradise! South Mission Beach/Entire first floor-Large 50 foot Patio

Directly on Ocean Front walk boardwalk. Located in South Mission Largest Private Patio on Mission Beach facing the Sunset. This is a luxury, three bedroom, two full bathroom unit with a large beautiful marble kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. It has been recently renovated with State of the Art Appliances and amenities. The Master Bedroom and Living room have direct Ocean front views. Bedroom 1 has a King bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 Full Bunk beds and 1 trundle twin bed and sleeps 9 Children or 5 adults comfortably. It is on boardwalk and 3 steps from the sand. The large private patio is 50 feet long and encompasses the entire front ground floor of the property and is the exclusive use of our renters only. The Patio is not fenced in so parents need to be aware of toddlers. The spacious beach front patio has a built in BBQ and a fire pit to roast your s'mores and warm up as the evening cools down. This house is an ideal location in South Mission Beach, very close to restaurants, bars and Belmont Park.

The rental was very nice. Julie, the owner/manager, was very accommodating, easy to communicate with and very kind. We really did not need to talk to her during our stay, as everything was in order. The kitchen was well stocked, there were enough beach towels, and beach “toys”. The location was perfect. We would definitely return.

Mission Beach weekend

Large first floor condo right on the boardwalk and next to Belmont Park. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 kids, steps to the beach, close to the airport and shopping. Had a fab time and would recommend this rental.

Mom’s 90th Birthday celebration

One of the favorites experiences our mom enjoys is the beach so to be able to secure a home right on the beach was such a wonderful gift to give her. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate the people who joined us! We got wonderful remarks from everyone, all of which said it was a such a beautiful place. The outside space waa Great too.

Dreamy Beachfront

Check-in was seamless and we could not ask for a more comfortable, cozy place for our family to hang out. Any issues we had were addressed promptly and resolved. The location of the property couldn't be more perfect and we were happy just hanging out on the big patio during the day and comfy living room at night. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay -- items for the beach as well as the house. This was our second time renting this property and we will be coming back for sure!

Great Stay!

Rented this great place right on the beach for a 60th surprise birthday party. Had lots of friends come in from out of town and universally everyone loved the place. The patio is awesome with plenty of room and opens up right into a very roomy main room inside that flows right into the large kitchen. The kitchen island worked really well for setting up food. Plenty of seating for large groups. Host was really great and super responsive to any questions we had. The garage is very, very tight (and filled with bikes, games, boards, etc.) and really only for a pretty small car but the extra added reserved space is amazing. And nearby parking was also pretty easy to get. Great stay, thanks Julie!

Awesome Location

Great setting for larger groups. Lots of room and seating in common areas, especially the outdoors common area. Amazing views. Beach is perfect for water play. Nice selection of bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc.

Amazing Location

Great little place! Can't beat the views and convenience of this location. Walking distance to great restaurants and he boardwalk. Obviously also right on the beach... Very close to other attractions, like Seaworld, the airport, the zoo, etc.

Wonderful, but very cool windy weekend

My family was celebrating my 80th birthday. This home was beautiful, equipped with everything you might need, lots of beach toys chairs boogie boards, bikes etc. and the best view of the beach& ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would like to come back at a warmer time of year
