We have always loved staying at Hotel Kabuki for its cleanliness and central location, but our most recent visit truly set a new bar. The service is absolutely off the charts. After checking out, I realized I had left my iPhone in the room. The manager, Brooke, immediately jumped into action, not only locating the phone but personally arranging to overnight it to me. I am beyond impressed by her initiative and care. Hotel Kabuki is officially our go-to every time we visit San Francisco!
