Hotel was lovely, but I chose to valet my car and my sunglasses were stolen out of my vehicle when I went to the front desk they couldn’t be bothered and that was very upsetting since they were my prescription sunglasses and paid a fortune for them

The rooms are well sized, clean and modern. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant area are well presented. I would stay there again. Very central. Put on some comfy shoes and walk those hills of San Fran.

Great area, easily walkable to Union Square, restaurants and shops. Staff were kind, easy valet parking, room is nice, clean and very spacious. Got my complimentary bottle of wine and $10 credit for Dirty Habit restaurant. Will definitely be staying here again when I go back to Frisco!

The room was spacious and comfortable although there was some wear on the furniture and the bathroom. I was disappointed that there was no coffee in the room and only complimentary coffee and tea and no other drink options for guests. The TV said there was a way to access streaming apps, but none of the options worked.

No breakfast. We thought this hotel was perfect for our purposes. It was convenient to both tourist and business interests. Clean, comfortable bed, great view of Market St. Quiet with the fan on all night. Perfect amenities. A definite future stay!
