Location, Location, Location! Walking distance to Restaurants, Whole Foods, Chase Center and public transportation. This area is a walker's paradise Walking score of 93 = daily errands do not require a car. Transit is excellent and convenient for most trips. There is some amount of infrastructure for biking. Newly remodeled, fully furnished single family home located on sun drenched North Slope in Potrero Hill. Situated between 18th and Mariposa Street, four blocks from the 280 freeway and close to 101 freeway exits. Ideally located within a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops located on 18th street: Sunflower, Farley's, Chez Maman, Plow, Mochica, Goat Hill Pizza etc). The Golden State Warriors new stadium is about 10 blocks away. Uber and Lyft's office are a short Scoot away. Jackson Playground is ~ two blocks away. Anchor Brewing company and Whole Foods are close by as well.

Cozy home in a safe, excellent location

The home is comfortable, clean, and a very good value. Ravi is an excellent host, and went out of his way to make the stay comfortable and easy. The Portrero Hill location is quiet and safe, with lots of restaurants and markets steps away. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with large windows in each, and the kitchen is well equipped I highly recommend this property!
