I did check your reservation and confirmed that this information was provided on the 3rd party booking website under the "Additional Information" (resort fee is applicable).

The room was nice & elegant with some amenities - An "Amenities" $40/per day charge was inexcusable. It was explained third party hides in advertisements the true rate of hotel stay which is fraudulent. No parking - guests must pay for a tiny matchbox size parking lot next door which is "closed" much of the day. I must protest & strongly feel a portion of my expenditures should be refunded.

We wanted a nice place that we could stay with the dog and the service was excellent. Dog treats, bedding, bowls, gifts were all much appreciated. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The area around the hotel was good and bad and staff warned us not to walk too far into the tenderloin. Parking was convenient (just next door). The place looked great and was very clean. The dog loved it too!

We loved the hotel, staff and amenities. The room was very small and they charged me for amenities!! They also need a shuttle!
