Honestly? This place was clean, quiet, reliable, safe, and centrally located. It's not going to win any awards or blow your mind, but it was exactly what I needed. Ice machines, elevator, vending... reliable front desk staff. Parking sounded expensive, so probably take the bus. Easy ride to downtown, the wharf, and more.

Thr staff was very good,couldn’t do enough for me. Room look good up until I went to take a shower. Noticed the exhaust was so full of dirt. It it was hanging through and off the exhaust in the ceiling. Reported it to management the girl came and looked at it and took pictures. I do not know what happens after that as I checked out.

Our room was lovely a big. Good value for money. Great location - quite but close to everything. Easy 20 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf area. Closest 'Hop On Hop Off' Big Bus Tour stop was less than 5 minutes walk (Lombard Street Stop).

I think my experience would have been better but the front desk person to help was rather dismissive. I wasn’t able to check in 12 minutes early and walked away leaving me alone in the lobby. The rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall, the place needs a remodel or at least new carpets.
