Our family stayed at this location for a family birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were great! Having the private pool was awesome and the super quick walk to the beach couldn’t be topped. Hector was very responsive, helpful, and kind to us. We would definitely come again!

Everything was an A plus! The house was very nice and well kept. The location was awesome with only a 2 min walk to the beach and a 6 min uber to old San Juan. But the very best element was the host. He was incredible and went above and beyond anything you could expect. The airport was closed and no hotels available. He found us another property when nothing was available on any App! What a guy!

Location,Location, location!

This is an amazing property for a large group! As we say in Puerto Rico, “Juntos, pero no revueltos!”, meaning everyone was together yet had their own space! It was conveniently located to be able to access all of our planned activities and was literally steps from the beach! It was well equipped, had a generator, and backup water supply which was a MUST for our group!!! The terrace was spectacular in the afternoons! Hector is a very attentive host and was always available! We will definitely be back hopefully sooner rather than later!

The perfect place for a big group!

We stayed with Hector to celebrate my 40th birthday! We had a group of 13 adults and wanted everyone to have enough space and privacy to enjoy time alone or with the group and this was the PERFECT answer! Steps from the beach, delicious restaurants, a glorious pool and second floor patio! Each apartment was spotless and well equipped for whatever my guests needed. Hector was incredibly communicative and accommodating! We landed in PR earlier than anticipated and Hector seamlessly arranged for us to drop off our bags, had instructions for folks arriving later via uber on how to get into the gated community and had recommendations for a fantastic luggage storage service upon our check out. Hector is a real Pro and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

Beautiful location and property but listing slightly different than reality

The property was clean, well cared for and we had great communication with the hosts. It's nice that you can rent an entire house but that smaller groups are able to break off and go into their own units when they want to rest or more privacy. When we arrived in Puerto Rico, the host let us know that the property was under construction, but that this wouldn't impact our stay. However, workers arrived every weekday morning at 7am to work on the pool area of the house which did wake us up. We requested to check out at 12pm rather than 10am and the host replied that they'd need to charge us $150 to do so which seemed inflexible after we had rented 5 units for an entire week. The common areas that accommodate a large party are all outdoors, so if it's raining it is challenging to have the people in all 5 units gather together. In sum, the property was lovely and it was easy to get in touch with the hosts, but we had hoped for more flexibility and a large table area to gather inside.

Great Location and Space for a Group

This VRBO is awesome for a big group — we celebrated some birthdays over a long weekend with a group of couples. There was a lot of space for gathering and everyone was comfortable. The location was awesome — walkable to the beach, walkable to multiple places to pick up food (shout out Kasalta) and Walgreens was very close too. The host, Hector, was very friendly, accommodating, and communicative the whole time. Would recommend!
