The check-in process was super slow and outdated. The place was loud and outdated. The property was in a tourist area, but on a side street that did not feel safe. It was cheap and we didn’t have to stay long or I would have picked somewhere nicer.

Stayed one night and enjoyed the proximity to dining options and beach. The room was cozy but adequate. Easy check in and checkout, helpful staff, outdoor seating for hanging out, coffee and toast provided. Busy urban neighborhood so be prepared for some noise- ear plugs or headphones work wonders. Would return in the future.

I liked staying in this small hotel. There are very pretty common areas with lots of lovely plants. The pool is shallow, so it's more for chilling than swimming, but it was great to cool off after walking around outside. The hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The rooms are kept clean and the comforters on the beds are super soft. The maid service was wonderful, the front desk was wonderful, and the daily coffee and toast was wonderful. I would happily stay there again.

The vast majority of our experience was positive, but one of the overnight front desk attendants was frankly unacceptable: talking loudly on the phone (on speaker!) at the desk after 10pm (which we could hear clearly in our room), only limited command of English. As for the property itself, the many common spaces were comfortable, but it's a stretch to say that the hotel has "laundry services" - it's just the same laundry room used by the staff and only two working machines. One more thing that confused us: why were there no hangers in the closet in the room? Just one of these problems wouldn't have been a big deal but all of them together made me feel as if I didn't get everything I was expecting when I booked.

The property is clean . There was one night the front door was left agar-red and after several attempts to close it a gentleman came up from outside and said he was watching the door. The room had no view and very small, which was why it was the last room available. I expected more considering the cost of the room

The staff was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Room was clean with fresh linens every night when we got back in from our days exploring. Glenda and Yohaira were examples of what hospitality means

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The property is really nice and located in a great area. Really close to the beach, and close to great food options and a 24 hr CVS/Walgreens which is really convenient. The rooms are big, bed and bathroom comfortable and clean.
