The property was close to shoping and multiple dining options. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Road noise and construction could be heard throughout the day but died down at night. The room was clean and worked well for our two night stay.

Nice quaint apartment located in San Juan. Convenient dining and grocery store nearby. Room was clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to say in these apartments.

Overall a nice place, the room itself was simple, clean, no frills. Had everything we needed, and we mostly used for sleep as opposed to hanging out. The location was great, we felt safe as 2 female travellers. Across the street was a 24 hr grocery, Starbucks, and some restaurants. Next door we even found a really nice speakeasy.

We liked our stay overall! This is a good place to stay if you are a couple or on the move majority of the time. Staff was responsive. WiFi wasn’t the best but that was fine for us. It’s near a busy street so if you are seeking a quiet vacation without nightlife probably not the place for you.

Unfortunate weekend

The stay was uncomfortable, no parking. we had issue with light flickering, tv did not work. after 20 minutes of watching the tv it would will turn on and off on its own. when we text guest services they said they only had maintenance from 6am to 10pm. Someone came to fix it as we were leaving. we came back to the room to relax and watch tv, it started happening again. when we texted again at 7pm they said they had no maintenance on property after 5pm. the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly at all. Their resolution for all of this was to give us an extra hour to check we ended up leaving and getting another hotel to stay in. They would not compensate us nor refund us some of our money. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

While this hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and major highways leading to popular destinations, my stay was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was met by a host named Ashley, who responded rudely when I requested a resend of the email needed to access my apartment. Additionally, there was no assistance with my luggage; I had to carry it up three flights of stairs and enter through the back entrance. The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, with dirt on top of the refrigerator and beneath the washing machine. Moreover, a bathroom glass panel nearly fell on me due to improperly installed hinges. Despite the area’s convenience, my overall experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing.

Spotlessly clean comfortable apartment. Nice to have grocery store across the street so able to have breakfast and a couple dinners in the apartment. Plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stop for Old Town at the front door- although you have to have a special ticket and we didn’t figure out how to get one. A sign to the pool would have helped. Appreciated ability to store luggage before and after stay. Our apartment was off the street and very quiet.

It was not like the pictures shown on Expedia. The property manager was rude after I questioned an extra night charge that I did not even authorize. To get the bags up and down 3 flights of stairs was ridiculous. The front of entrance going inside the place had a clump of hair as soon as you walked inside. The bathroom was way too small. Not staying there again.

Perfect for what we needed; very convenient to restaurants; walkable to nightlife. A little loud for those with noise sensitivity but did not bother us as we came to PR to have a great time. Excellent communication and check in process was very smooth.
