Had an amazing time. The room was perfect for two and the staff was great! The parking was a little tricky but we got lucky most of the time. Would definitely recommend and book again :)

We got there early and they quickly did everything possible to get us checked us in early! The stay was comfortable and the staff helped us with whatever we needed. The apartment is very well located. A lot of restaurants, 24h supermarket and it was not hard to park in the streets (if you want to save money with parking). The apartment itself was well cleaned and had the essential that you need.

Excellent Cozy Stay

Had a great couple night stay. So close to great options of coffee shops, restaurants and Old San Juan. Douglas from the hotel was very helpful with knowledgeable information about the island if ever need.

I stayed in the studio with my friend in a girls trip and we had a wonderful time. The property itself was in great walking distance of plenty of dining options and shopping. Next time I come to Puerto Rico I will be staying here! The only downside was parking was difficult, but we were always able to find a spot near the air bnb.

The 1bd apartment was spacious, clean, very quiet, and comfortable. Located within walking distance to just about everything you may need or want to explore. Street parking was not an issue and found right in front or few cars away from entryway. Highly recommend booking accommodations under host's management. The entire process of no contact check in was easy and communication/response time was quick and thorough. Stay with Bear has an excellent host/team and I hope to have the opportunity of staying at their other locations.

The apartment was ideally situated in the centre of Old San Juan. The building was secure and quiet. It was within walking distance of the cruise port, groceries and many dining options. The host was extremely helpful and communicated clearly with us. We spent a week and never ran out of things to do. The only problem we had was that Uber drivers had a hard time finding us - we ended up walking to the square to meet them.

This property was a very good stay, especially if you are staying in San Juan for an extended period as the units have kitchenettes equipped with some kitchen supplies, and there is laundry on the property. It was centrally located to a lot of great neighborhoods and a short walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They may be a little loud because the complex is on a busy street.
