The Space:

This beachfront apartment blends comfort with the energy of Condado. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and generous storage, while the living area's sofa bed adds flexible sleeping space for up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker — everything you need for easy meals in. Unwind in the living area with a flat-screen HD TV loaded with Netflix and Roku, or challenge a friend on the in-unit Pac-Man arcade machine for a bit of retro fun. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and fresh towels. Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 15–20 minutes away by car (7 km), making arrivals and departures quick. Condado itself is highly walkable — the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a few minutes on foot — while Old San Juan is about an 11-minute drive (5.4 km) for a day of sightseeing.

To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

Please don't unplug the small Sensibo AC control units placed near the kitchen, bedroom, and mini-split unit — they're used to manage the air conditioning remotely.



Online Check-In and Verification



Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico



Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, the following are strictly prohibited to preserve generator capacity: air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and phone or laptop chargers.

Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
