This hotel was top-notch and amazing. The staff treated me like family and every request I asked for was granted without any problems. They will definitely treat you with supreme Customer service and my favorite was the shower i for sure will be returning!!!

Is a good spot but there’s things that need to be more disclosed when you are booking it. Like the room is a suit and it doesn’t have a small fridge or microwave. Plus we book to king beds and never was told one of them was gonna be a pull out bed when on the picture was 2 normal beds. Staff was amazing and super friendly I would rate this hotel a 7 out of 10

Nice and Comfy
It was a very nice experience! Everything in the hotel is new and newly constructed! I love the Wi-Fi and Smart TV installed in the room. The bathroom is big and comfy as well. The only thing it needs is a vending machine with drinks for late night hours. The brunch restaurant outside is amazing! 5 star food quality for a fair price! You must go in there.

Our stay in Santurse
Besides of the construction going on next door and not having water for a couple of hours. We were accommodated and Monica was a great host. Everything was near by and we were able to enjoy Or accommodation.
