## Space

Immaculately renovated downstairs micro-studio in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.

This 209 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara.

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below the upper units. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and ask them always to respect their noise level to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us on our dedicated hospitality line, and we will contact the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.*

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):

Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

## Tech

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

## Neighborhood

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed during 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. We apologize if you experience any disturbance due to this work - it is beyond our control :(

Long weekend vacation

My wife and I stayed here for a nearby wedding, and really loved the location, cleanliness, and amenities. The building is walkable to most of State Street but is also very quiet. The price was also more reasonable than many nearby hotels.

Highly recommend Casa Jardin. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance to many places. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Parking included, which is great. Would definitely book this place again if I get back to Santa Barbara.

Great Stay for our Concert at Santa Barbara Bowl

Stayed the night at Casa Jardin after a day at the beach and seeing the Foo Fighters at Santa Barbara Bowl. Easy walk to the bowl, and for downtown nightlife. Comfortable room with fridge, microwave, sink, dishware. Cute garden feel in a quiet neighborhood.

Santa Barbara Bowl Concert

Very clean. A 15 minute walk to Santa Barbara Bowl. We were able to park our car on the property. Thoughtful toiletries. Great location. No need to drive. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. It was nice to stay in town!

We went here for our first time for my birthday getaway. We are pleased and relieved to see the property and room was as described. We also appreciated the private parking lot available to guests so we didn't have to worry about street parking. The room, kitchen area, and bathroom were clean and well equipped beyond the traditional amenities a hotel has. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. I give this place 5 stars, hands down, and will definitely return during our next trip.

Casa Jardin - Sept, 2024

I stayed here for 9 days in Sept. This was my second time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised to see the added ice machine, charging stations for cars, tiny broom and dust pan, & background noise machine. It just indicates to me that they care! Check in was easy; the room is as advertised. It’s not a big room, but fine for me. Everything was clean. I appreciated the coffee! I was able to walk to to grocery store, laundromat, various restaurants and to the trapeze rig. Definitely consider Casa Jardin for a stay in Santa Barbara.

The place was the cleanest that I've seen recently and everything was brand new. All the basic amenities that you could ask for were there including basic listed appliances (not the washer/dryer). couple of things to note. - The lock code works but you have to be delicate with pulling the lever to gain entry, do not twist and/or yank it to open the door. - Thermostat works but you have to go to settings before you can select heat and then adjust temperature. - The parking could have some gravel added to fix a little puddle or two that built with rain. Overall, a great place, that is conveniently located within walking distance of the courthouse and other places anyone would want to visit.
