My husband and I stayed during Labor Day weekend and had a great experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and Jill from the front desk surprised us with a bottle of wine and treats. Awesome customer service, hotel was very clean.

Visiting Santa Barbara

Pros: somewhat new hotel or renovated.
Cons: Smell in bathroom
Location: The hotel is 25 min from Santa Barbara downtown and mission and 10min from UCSB.
Just stayed over for one night. We had 2 rooms one on the pool side the other one on the parking facing the fire department. Bathroom smelled moldy although the hotel was recent. Do not get the breakfast included in the rate, this is a Starbuck coffee and you will be better off just paying on the spot. The pool was good.

i have stayed everywhere in santa barbara and this place is the nicest. super clean, great staff and brand new. Best hotel in santa barbara
