Older minimalist property

There are homeless people sleeping behind the hotel. When we arrived, the staff were nice, but were also being negatively spoken to by a tenant who was upset about a note placed under his door, due to the hallway smelling like something. Our windows were unlocked when we got into our room, and the room was ok. We honestly felt uneasy and unsafe the entire time.

Not very clean it was also very noisy and no daily room cleaning nor taking out trash). I will not be returning.

This was so low on the value-for-money scale: you had to ask for every single piece of dinnerware and equipment, even the coffee-maker and coffee, the facial tissue was cheap, there was no hand lotion, there was nothing to do the dishes with, even if you tried, there was no ice machine, and one of the two stove burners didn't work.
