Bathroom and floors were not cleaned. It was nice to have a kitchen, however, when we requested dishes they came dirty. Stove knobs were worn and we could not see the temperature. Staff was very kind.

The hotel rooms need a major renovation. Chipped paint, extremely old furniture. There are no amenities in the kitchenette. No pans, plates, pots, silverware. The only items offered are plastic cups in the bathrooms, towels, and bar soap. The TV offers Netflix and YouTube. WiFi is OK, not great. There is really no breakfast. Just coffee, tea, packaged oatmeal and hot cocoa, and a few breakfast bars and packages blueberry muffins.

I was expecting a regular room with 2 queen beds. But extended stay said that i booked for a disabled room and that they can’t do anything about it since i booked it thru expedia. And they even said that if i booked it thru expedia with the deal/discount, i will be assigned to a room that expedia prefers and not usually the one that i chose to be booked. The room feels like i’m in a hospital since it’s for disabled.

We stayed on the night of 12/23 and unfortunately left some toiletries behind. We called the front desk the morning of 12/25 at 8:56 a.m. to check the Lost and Found. The receptionist immediately told us the items were probably not there because housekeeping had already serviced the room. When we asked what their policy is for items left behind, whether they are kept, discarded, or given to housekeeping, she responded dismissively and said she would “go check if that makes you happy.” The interaction felt unprofessional and lacked basic customer service.

Room was very good but hallway construction was challenging. One morning we could not exit our room and were delayed getting out for over an hour. The management comped us but it was a little scary since my spouse is wheelchair bound.
