We had to change rooms 3 times because TV did not work and the room we finally ended up in had no shower pressure and a very small TV. There was no maintenance man available first night to address TV's not working

The courtyard is pretty, but you can't sit there during mealtimes unless you're a restaurant patron. In our bathroom, the toilet seat was not securely fastened to the toilet, there was no exhaust fan, and the paint over the shower/bathtub was peeling badly. The air conditioner made odd sounds. The room, however, was spacious and the refrigerator had a separate freezer compartment which we used to store our blue ice for our cooler.

This was my second stay and it was completely opposite the first. This room was odd, hot, stuffy, dirty, noisy, and outdated.

Room was clean enough. The TV did not work even after staff attempted to remedy. The vanity sink was plugged and smelled rotten. The TP holder fell on floor. The room phone did not work and staff did not answer cell. I had to walk to office. Room was a bit pricey to have these defects
