The staff was professional and kind. The onsite restaurant served us outstanding food. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever encountered, especially since needing accessible properties.

Very disappointed

Centrally located, booked based on rating. However room extremely outdated. Bathroom moldy, little lighting, shower and and taps ancient and poor quality. Bed uncomfortable, floors with old carpet, mold and rust in the bathroom, overall feel of uncleanliness. Regret the stay. We stayed at other properties in Santa Barbara, but for price and even more because of condition of the room, we will never be back at this property. Ratings are extremely inaccurate. Parking is plenty but the hotel I definitely do not recommend.

Would stay again!

I needed a place to stay for a night after taking a family member to their UCSB orientation, and this was one of the somewhat cheaper places. Wasn't looking for anything fancy. This place was perfect! I loved that there is a restaurant on site, so I didn't have to leave once I arrived. The room was quiet, spacious for just me and the staff, including the cleaning staff, were all wonderful people. I look forward to staying there again.

The Lemon Tree is always a safe bet in SB. Sometimes it's expensive based on what's happening in SB, but I've stayed there many times and will continue.

Visit to Santa Barbara was good. Our hotel room as we first walked in was a musky smell. The paint on door in restroom was peeling. Room needed an updated paint job. Outside looked updated. We would give hotel a 2 1/2 stars.

The room was big and for the most part clean but for the floors. Floors were very dirty just by looking at my socks and after a bath, walking to the bed my feet turned brown!! I wiped my feet with a towel and the towel became very dirty. A good mopping would have made this review excellent. Lastly we had neighbors upstairs who woke at 5am and made so much noise for over an hour which was very frustrating. They must have been room 329
