My stay at Mason Beach Inn was mixed. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and there was no issue at all with self-parking. The front desk staff were polite and professional during check-in, which gave a good first impression.
Unfortunately, the experience declined at checkout — the housekeeping staff were rude and made comments in Spanish while laughing as we walked past, which felt very disrespectful. The hotel also promotes a quiet-time policy, yet around 2 a.m., a group of guests returned and were extremely noisy for an hour, moving in and out of their rooms.
Overall, while the rooms and facilities were fine, the lack of respect from some staff and noisey guests made the stay unpleasant. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again.
