This is now my fav place to stay in Danta Barbara and one of my fav places anywhere. Delicious breakfasts, lovely snacks through the day, delicious choices of wines in the evening. From the moment U walk into the main house, a calm comes over you, you slow down, your energy vibrates at a higher yet slower speed. This was a wonderful away. And a true away. My husband and I loved our stay. The staff is friendly and very supportive in creating an oasis atmosphere. Love, love, love.

We stay at the Simpson House Inn a few times each year. What a delightful experience. First class all around. Beautiful!!! rooms and inn, the gardens and grounds and neighborhood all gorgeous. Wonderful for walking. Amazing service and friendly staff. The food (appetizers and wine in the evening and breakfast each morning) are exceptional. Forget the other bed & breakfasts, do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Simpson House Inn. You and your significant other will not be disappointed.

This hotel is a gem in Santa Barbara. It’s one of the oldest hotels and they have an amazing garden. We stayed in a cottage and it was charming and cosy with a beautiful fireplace. There is free wine and snacks in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. Service is great, they are super friendly and helpful. We also hang around in the garden after checking out because it is so charming and beautiful! Definitely will come back.
