Recently updated in early 2023, the condo includes high-speed WiFi, cable television, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. With its ideal location, this condo is perfect for anyone looking to experience all that Santa Fe has to offer.
Air conditioning (split units), three king beds, access to the communal pool, and proximity to historic downtown make this condo a great choice for your Santa Fe getaway.
Property was very nice. Location was convenient. Unit could have been equipped with a few more of the basics like salt. Instructions provided for check out were a bit vague. Staff very pleasant and responsive.
spacious and well appointed house. Very clean.
One problem: I asked specifically if the house had plenty of warm blankets. Casas de Santa Fe told me "no, only light throws" So we carried by car blankets for 6 people. We bought a Thule roof carrier just for that. Upon arrival we found out that there were plenty of warm blankets.
I am disappointed to have been misinformed by the management.
First, this is NOT a 3 full bath property. There are TWO full baths (one in the primary suite, one in the upstairs hallway) and a tiny toilet closet in the kitchen. Yes, in the kitchen. My 1-star rating on communications refers to the property manager, not the owner. We really liked the quiet area in which it is located but be aware that it is not within comfortable walking distance of the square (for most folks). That said, in mid-May we had no problem with parking downtown. The location is very pleasant and the finches will sing to you joyfully in the mornings. Sit out front and enjoy them. While there is a parking lot, we parked on the street in front of the property - right outside the front door. There is so little traffic passing by we had no worries about street parking. This is an OK property in a nice, quiet location. If you are OK with 2 full baths then don't hesitate to select this property.
