There were a few glitches in our travel plans and staff were very helpful in addressing these. The only, and very slight ,dissatisfaction we had was that our hallway seemed to be a social gathering spot for cleaning staff, with loud conversation in the mornings.

very nice property with nice rooms. they should not advertise the property as “steps from the plaza” unless they mean 2,000 steps. it’s about 6/10 of a mile. not a bad walk, but not “steps” that’s misleading

Staff was excellent. There was a family above us with loud, stomping children - so they moved us to another room that was even nicer. Excellent to have the shuttle to/from the Plaza. Will stay there again!
