If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The yard and gardens were lovely and serene, it's very apparent that somebody carefully planned it all. We appreciated the wonderful photography in the home and all the special touches that made us feel at home. Our granddaughter loved the downstairs apartment! Enough that she didn't want to leave. We walked into town, met neighbors while walking and enjoyed everything! We would highly recommend your home. Very nice home and well appointed and supplied. Only suggestions: Railings on outside steps; try to improve inside steps; provide local television channels; fix electrical outlets on counter downstairs; possibly replacing the king bed downstairs with a queen bed to give some space on the sides.

We had a girls trip to Santa Fe and this location was perfectly located in close proximity to all of the sights, food, and drinks of Santa Fe. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Great 3 bed/3 bath set-up and newly updated!

Family Christmas in Santa Fe

We spent a magical 5 days at Christmas, in Santa Fe with our family. This home made our holiday experience even more special. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially compared to previous VRBO experiences we’ve had.The kitchen was ideal for cooking and spending time with family—spacious, well-equipped, and plenty of in kitchen seating, so we could all interact while preparing meals. Whether we were cooking Christmas dinner or enjoying a quick breakfast, the layout made it easy to be together. The living room was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Santa Fe. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring that everyone had a restful night’s sleep.The fenced-in area off the back door was a great bonus, though it was a little too cold to spend a lot of time outdoors. The location was fantastic—close to a dog park for our 2 pups and only a 10-minute walk (or less) to the historic Plaza. The host was outstanding—attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and clearly dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect. Small Note: The dining room was on the smaller side, but with the ample seating in the living room and kitchen, we never needed to use it. This was a minor detail and didn’t impact our overall experience.Final Thoughts: We would definitely book this home again if we return to Santa Fe in the future. It was the perfect place for our family.

Quiet getaway

A nice quiet neighborhood in walking distance to downtown. The house supplied everything we needed. We did have to buy dishwasher detergent which seemed like an odd oversight as everything else was provided.

Wonderful stay

We had to make last-minute changes to our vacation because of the fires in Ruidoso. Thankfully, we were able to find this amazing property. It has An updated, well stocked kitchen, and three updated bathrooms. The amenities were great, The location could not be better, and the courtyard was a fun place to hang out every evening. This was our first visit to Santa Fe and we will be back. We will also be staying at this property again if possible. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Family vacation with kids and grankids

The property was great. We had my son and his wife with 3 children and my adult daughter, and we had plenty of space for all of us. It was very comfortable. We did get a message after we were there for a day or so and had bought firewood that we could not use the fireplace so if you are there in the summer, do not plan on using it. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The patio was wonderful. The yard and trees kept it cool. We walked to town several times a day. Ample parking. Nice to have use of a charger for our e-cars. Both the people and dogs loved it.

It was a convenient location. It is a 15 minute walk to the plaza - it is a pretty steep hill when walking back - but very doable. Place was stocked with supplies in the kitchen - even though we brought a ton of groceries we forgot a few things and luckily the kitchen had tons of spices! SO helpful!!

Great location

Communication from property management and home were great. Location is in a quiet relaxing neighborhood, but an easy walk to Ft Marcy park (sunrise/sunset views) and the historic downtown area. Kitchen is well equiped for home cooking and the primary bath is such a treat!
