You get what you pay for.

Listen, it's a cheap room. The smell was kinda too much. But it did seem to be clean. Loud AF. We could hear everything. The desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.

Worst place to stay in Santa Fe NM. Please help

I had just finished chemo and was feeling well so I decided to visit my home town. Apon arriving the office assured me I was going to be put in the room I picked weeks ago. My room was far from my choices. I was given a room as far away from the office as possible, I had a fridge no microwave, shower no tub and two full beds,in a room that provides a foot of walkway between, one smashed against the wall the other pressed so tight against the ac/heater intake I was more than a little concerned. I settled in and called about it in the morning and was told I would be takin care of. I waited and waited. Two hours later I decided to go see how my home was fairing I quit trying to force it and returned. Stopping by the office to see if I would get what I paid for. Nope. I was baffled by everyone who apparently was never told about it. They would be happy to help me out,or so I thought. I was told that I would have to pay for the room on top of the full week I had paid for with my reservation and it was now going to be a outrageous deposit that would have bought new linen for all the rooms. Told them that I was keeping my room and I just wanted the microwave to be delivered. Absolutely no problem sir. On my way to the far end of the building a man walked to me and asked if I had a room here.. I was looking at what appeared to be a homeless person and wanted to sleep inside,next day I asked about the man and told he was actually the owner. RUN. ☠️😷

Not safe, lack of customer service, no hot water

No hot water. They offered a 15% discount. I had no choice since I ddnt have other option during holiday season. All hotels within my price range were already booked in its entirety. Homeless leaving in back of garage. Receptionist at checkout was on her phone and seemed annoyed. Save your money and book Hotel 6 Downtown. It was a better option
