Authentic historic adobe property in the heart of the Guadalupe / Rail yard District. This home has been lovingly restored while maintaining its original charm. A gated and covered patio surrounded by flowers & latilla fencing for privacy, welcomes your arrival. The inside features an expansive space with light filled living & dining rooms, beamed ceilings, fine artwork, wood burning fireplace, spacious kitchen with eating area, separate study, and sunroom. There are three conforming bedrooms and another non-conforming bedroom typical of Santa Fe homes. Fifth sleeping area available in sunroom with a door for privacy. The property features two baths- one w shower and another with tub & shower. AC units in all bedrooms, new ceiling fans, and 72” flatscreen. Five minute walk to railyard restaurants, Railrunner, Violet Crown Theater and river trail. Plaza museums, galleries, etc are less than a 15 minute stroll. Large fenced yard perfect for furry companions. Outdoor dining areas on the covered front patio and under a pergola in the back. Gas bbq, ping pong, and corn hole onsite. Bocci ball coming late spring 2026!

We just loved this place! Totally authentic. Totally centric, yet on a totally quiet residential block. Super comfortable, great kitchen, cozy working fireplace. Outdoor space in front for dining al fresco and in back for BBQ/relaxing. Host is awesome. This is now our new go-to spot in Santa Fe!

The property was centrally located and close to many museums and restaurants. This property was a beautiful home, great space for a large group, home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. We would highly recommend this home for others. This property was great for 5 women, lots of individual beds and 2 shared bathrooms. The location was convenient and close in. The kitchen had most of what we needed but could use more spoons and a few sharp knives. Most VRBO properties seem to have a lot of dull knives in our experience..

Birthday trip

We (three adults) came to Santa Fe to celebrate adult daughter’s birthday with a balloon trip. The house was comfortable for us and had everything we needed. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the fenced back yard. The location was awesome, so close to everything wanted to do.

Cool even on hot July days in this beautiful home

Delightfully refreshing even in main living areas w/o AC and even on the hottest days. 5 friends on girls' trip & all loved the house. Easy check in , great wifi, wonderfully equipped kitchen, loved the dish set.. appliances we used were all in great working condition. Front porch was a great bonus and we loved walking through the gate to "our" Santa Fe home. Loved the historic neighborhood too.

Wonderful house in a lovely neighborhood

The house is lovely - exactly as depicted in the photos and description. The backyard is spectacular in both its looks and comfort level. It provided a quiet respite from city explorations. All the furnishings were quite attractive and comfortable.The location was great. Walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and off street parking was convenient - right outside the gate.The owner/ manager was gracious and immediately attentive to requests and needs.All told I would definitely rent this house in future trips to New Mexico.

Great Location

Fantastic house and location

If you want to rent a house that feels like a home, in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything in Santa Fe, this is the one. Lovely furniture and art, well stocked kitchen, multiple living spaces, including great paces outdoors. Our favorite rental in Santa Fe out of many!

Great place in the heart of Santa Fe

This was a fun place to stay. It was obviously an older house, but was updated very nicely. It was very clean and very nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied--we had all the dishes, silverware, glasses we needed, and they even left a cupboard full of spices. It is close to the plaza and would have been walkable, but one of our party was having trouble walking, so we drove everywhere. (not the easiest thing to do in Santa Fe, so if you can walk somewhere, I would advise it. Anyway, the house had lots of character and we enjoyed staying here.

40th Birthday Getaway

This big house was just the space we needed for the 5 of us who all came to town to celebrate my bday.The house was cozy. Many laughs were had in the living room, breakfast sandwiches made in the kitchen, puzzles done around the table and cups of coffee sipped in the back yard. Lilas and her husband were very helpful and responsive when we needed paper products replenished in the house and when there were some ants that needed to be managed. We’d certainly stay here again if we visit Santa Fe again in the future!

Perfect spot for multi families in Santa Fe

What a great place for multiple families for both overnight and for common space areas for games, eating, etc. The place is super cute, well-priced, and located in a great area. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming

We 4 ladies were celebrating a milestone birthday. We were totally enamored with this home. So cozy and it included all the comforts of home. Beds and baths were perfect. Loved all the decorative touches. All were very southwestern. We got in late the evening we checked in and there were lights on to welcome us. Overall, a wonderful home to spend our time together.
