Just minutes from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, this luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom two-story home offers spacious style, flexible sleeping arrangements, a game room with arcade and shuffleboard table, private hot tub, and panoramic views. Take in the beauty of every sunrise and sunset; each room in this spacious home promises breathtaking views, unmatched relaxation, and a warm, peaceful atmosphere that defines the essence of Santa Fe living.

Living and Dining Areas:
The open-plan living and dining areas invite you to relax and take in the views through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. High beamed ceilings and Saltillo tile floors create a bright, airy atmosphere during the day, while cozy warmth fills the space by night. With central air conditioning and heating, you'll enjoy tailored comfort in any season you visit. Stunning vistas will surround you and your loved ones as you gather around the dining table for shared meals or unwind in the comfortable living area for movie nights on the 65" Smart TV. The additional downstairs den offers a versatile space - an ideal play area for kids or an extra entertainment room, equipped with bunk beds, shuffleboard table, arcade games, and smart TV.

Kitchen:
The well-equipped chef's kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, designed for preparing meals while admiring the sweeping views of Santa Fe's striking landscapes. Whether hosting a gathering or enjoying a family dinner, the open layout encourages socializing and creating memories with your loved ones.

Bedrooms:
The home offers four sleeping areas across two levels, each a serene escape with large windows framing the surrounding beauty of Santa Fe. Wake up to mountain views as you take in the native bird song or wind down while watching the vibrant, otherworldly colours of the Southwestern sunsets. The master suite includes access to the interior patio, where you can enjoy quiet mornings sipping on a hot cup of freshly brewed coffee, or tranquil evenings outdoors curled up under the stars with your favourite book. Downstairs, two more private bedrooms and an enclosed den/playroom with bunk beds create flexible arrangements for any combination of friends, family, or loved ones. Important Layout Note: The downstairs sitting/game room is a walk-through space used to access another bedroom. Because of this, the bunk bed sleeping area is best suited for children, teens, or guests who do not require full privacy.
