Channel the spirit of Spainâs iconic painter Pablo Picasso in this 1900s fully renovated Victorian duplex, modeled and inspired by Picassoâs Rose Period.

Just a short drive to downtown, Lake Union, and U District.
Casa Picasso is a duplex - the Rose Period is a 2 bed/1 bath located on the main level. The Blue Period is a 1bed/1bath located upstairs (you can book separately). Both units have been fully renovated, including modern amenities: heated bathroom floors, backlit led mirrors, all new appliances, and even a private garden and fire pit. We have TV and WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, plates, bowls, cookware, and silverware.
The backyard and laundry room are shared between both units.
